CUSTOMER SERVICE
[QUESTION] How long will it take for you to give me an estimate?
[ANSWER] Typically, we try to get to our job estimates as quickly as possible because we understand time is sometimes an issue - especially when it comes to what mother nature dishes out. If you call for a job estimate, we can be more specific as to the exact time frame based on the type of service you require.

SALES
[QUESTION] What manufacturers do you use for your products?
[ANSWER] Bell Seamless Gutters has been in the industry for over 30 years and has the experience to have preselected quality manufacturers for all of our building and remodeling materials. However, we may also be able to use a manufacturer of your choice.

BILLING
[QUESTION] How will you be billing us for the work you provide?
[ANSWER] Bell Seamless Gutters has many payment options available to you. For small to average size jobs - such as gutters and downspouts - we collect full payment from our customers on the job site at the start of the project. For larger projects, such as windows and siding, we offer our customers the option of paying the total cost of the job in payment increments.

We accept Cash, Personal Check, Visa and Mastercard.

PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC
[QUESTION] My basement is beginning to leak water when it rains... I think my existing gutters are malfunctioning, can you fix them?
[ANSWER] We do occasionally repair existing gutters, but understandably, some are beyond repair. We will do our best to inform our customers about all of their options so that they can have a completed job that will be both functional and cost effective.
